Are wholecut shoes less or more susceptible to creasing?

In regards to RTW shoes, I would say that wholecuts tend to be a little worse for creasing (unless I guess you have the perfect fit in a RTW last).

+1. I have a wholecut (C&J) that creases way less than my other shoes. Reason being the fit.

I've found the complete opposite (crease more) but the only wholecuts I had were Barker Blacks. They felt like they fit perfectly.

design doesnt affect creasing, the leather quality used does.

I find them worse, but it probably depends on the shape of your feet, with mine they're particularly bad. It may only be that they look worse, whereas a toe-cap or wing-tip helps to disguise the creases.
