kulta's shirt, the stripes seem a little darker, more brickish. I prefer that to the bright red.

It's an Armoury photo so you know to mentally dial down the saturation.

Good feedback. I have a plain black tie in raw silk that will play the part but I am trying to introduce the more questionable items in my wardrobe (in this case the patterned black tie) for feedback on acceptable ways of using them.
