I like the Zara shoes look, but I've owned Zara shoes and the quality is quite poor and there's no heel, I'm 6'0, but I still would like to have an inch + height boost.
I don't know much about Hudson's but they seem ok. This is what the Zara and Hudson shoes will look like worn:

Also whilst i'm not sure on the outside zip, jeans/trousers will cover the top of the boot if I want to be more formal. Fratellis are nice but it's an effort to get them and if something else was about the same, I'd rather take that.
