Anyone have an idea of how long they take to process an exchange? My return gets back tomorrow and I'm seriously antsy for the new size to get here soon :foo:

I sent a coat back Monday and I received a reply they received it the next day. Keep in mind I live in MA and it was sent to NJ.

My wife sent an item back for exchange to Net-a-porter recently. The exchange item was sent out the next day.
The address that returns are sent to are the same for both companies.

Had a mis-sized item in the last sale, but generally they've been good.

Mr porter stuff is so expensive its not even worth it on sale, clicked the shoes tab to look for cheap shoes and they had $150+ boat shoes as the cheapest alternative. Laughable.

Yeah man that's so crazy there are $150 boat shoes. They suck.

Quoddy at $150 is a pretty solid deal, horween uppers and fully recraftable for $35. Worn my quoddies 2 years ish and they are in way better condition than sperries for $70

The UK sale usually starts around the time the 80% reductions hit the US sale so it will probably be soon.
