I believe GF/BF is free for life except for stuff like working buttonholes. 1818 etc. they have a pricesheet but I think a plain pants hem is free.

It doesn't look like it. Currently, it is the first day for the suits, sport coats and trousers, and they are a flat 30% off.

I believe he meant the first day of the SA sale (presumably Monday of next week).

Historically, the kicker has only been offered on December 26. I haven't seen anything to make me think that will change for this summer's sale (but would be very happy if it did!)

I think you might have to size up. I am a 38S Fitz, and a 38 Milano felt comparatively snug.
