Pre-marriage: Didn't know as much as I do now, but $1200 for JB Hills.
Now: Spend more than $450 and the wife'll head to the barn for the elastrator.

I'm about to pull the trigger on these bad boys so I voted for $500...Id say at least $500 I'll spend on boots, anymore than that and you are getting into sweet guitar gear prices.

So far the most I've paid has been $750 for a Vass MTO.

The G&G pictures are tempting me in a very big way though. I REALLY wish they came to Atlanta.

The most I've spent is $600. When I finish univeristy I'll be able to afford something a little more pricey.

go and see them in NY - just find an excess to go the same time they are there!

If I spend $750 -800, the retail price will be no less than $1000.
I try to avoid paying retail for anything.
