I'm not sure, but I know he's gotten a few things from Savile Row. Presidents have historically leaned towards BB, but I'm not sure how relevant that is. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in with details.

It's just a tie in a particular shade of blue. Tons of companies make those. But it's could be Hart Schaffner Marx. He favors that Chicago brand.

Check out the Buying and Selling forum here. I'm sure you can find something like that at deep discount. There's a huge tie section. Sellers like PocketCircle, Davesmith, SpooPoker etc.. Even yours truly has some blue ties.
