At Saks-Off Fifth I have gotten Isaia suits as low as $900 on sale. Original price was in the $3,000 range.

I think RLBL is pretty popular on here. Tough to find in that price range, but if you keep an eye on B&S they come up from time to time.

at Neiman-Marcus last call and off Saks as mentioned, you can pick up and armani or zegna suit for 600-1000

and i don't mean z-zegna...

I think you also have to tell what size you wear. Certain sizes are harder to find a good deal for.
