OP, compare their sizing to YOU. This starts with knowing the measurements of a properly-fitting shirt. Note "properly fitting shirt", not your measurements. You can then use comparative measurements to buy on ebay.

So you mean having a 15.5 neck measurement at PRL doesn't necessarily mean I would have the same neck measurement at BB ?

Maybe. If you have a 15.5 neck with PRL that means that you have a 15.5 neck with Gant. And that means that you wear a Medium in a Club Monaco. If you wear a Medium Club Monaco then that means that there is about a 75% chance that you wear a 15.5 BB.
