Made this concoction of onions, red bell peppers, marinaded chicken (soy and hot sauce), bunch of hunan sauces, some sichuan peppercorns, and then in my enthusiasm, went full on SaltBae with spring onions

Are you cooking at L’Ambroise now? The plating of some of your dishes look like what I had when I was there.

I was going to make some chicken gyros but decided to change things up and made a sauce to dress up the chicken. A quick onion, tomato, cream, lemon, feta sauce. Not pictured, the mixed green salad I ate while cooking cause I was hungry.

After a day at the sea side enjoying the surf and local flora and fauna.

Fresh picked courgette flowers stuffed with qutro formagio. Battered with Panko crumbs and shallow fried. With a bitter green salad. Washed down with a William Downie Cathedral Pino Noir 2018.
