    Went the Asian Fusion route Saboodana Vads with green chili, basil, garlic, pickled ginger, black cumin. Then served on a bed of mixed greens and with slow roasted tomato and tamarind relish and yoghurt cucumber and mint.

    Indian is never too many flavours. The ingredients blended well to create one flavour.

    36c @ dinner Vegetarian Vietnamese rice paper rolls,

    Grated carrot, asparagus, cucumber strips, Chinese egg,tofu marinated in soy and sesame oil. Pickled ginger, coriander and mint.

    Washed down with a couple of ice cold fat yaks.

    Just picked zucchini flowers stuffed with Quattro Formagio. Served with a butter mixed green salad.

    Washed down with an Blackhearts & Sparow 2015 Mornington Penninsula Pinot Noir. Which in all honesty is an exceptional PN hitting way above it’s price point.
