Just popped a plum tarte into the oven. The edge of the crust doesn't look so good, I don't think I rolled it out enough.

Oysters with brown butter.
Gateau of chicken liver and bone marrow with tomato coulis.
Salad.
Neal's Yard Cheeses: Stilton, Strathdon and Stichelton blues, Montgomery, Westcombe and Keene's cheddars.
Wine, port, water, coffee etc.

Peking duck, sea cucumber, clams with black beans, oxtail in wine, crab noodles, crab, pork and greens soup, squab in lettuce. Maybe some other stuff.

greek turkey burger with turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese
ketchup, little bit of sriracha sauce and a slice of tomato on top

Had the best corned beef and cabbage. Made it in the slow cooker while at work. Had a great horseradish n creme fraiche sauce that was delicious! The creme fraiche sauce was a nice compliment and not too harsh-very nicely balanced. Served it with a vouvray wine-was an excellent choice.

Early 80's flashback cuisine - Le Cirque's spaghetti primavera ... a royal pain ********** to make but very pleasant and a perfect way to celebrate Spring. Served with baguette and Pascal Jolivet Pouilly Fume.
