So, tonight again Königsberger Klopse.

For dessert some persimmon, nashi and feijoa (tastes quite weird...).

Hehe. The dish simply looks like that (especially after resting one day in the fridge). But meh, it was really tasty.
Only thing that was a bit annoying this time is that, I guess, the calf ground meat was pretty fat so there was too much fat in the sauce which didn't emulsify very good.

Guess what. For dinner Königsberger Bukkake. (Bought 1kg of ground meat). Tasted very nicely. For your sake I did not take any pictures.

For dessert I'll have more persimmon and nashi.
