I'm not sure why people add a 't' to the end of borsch. There is no 't' sound at the end of that word in Russian. Боршь.

It is spelled борщ and is hard to pronounce for non-slavic speakers as the last letter is a blend of two consonants. The closest I can get in English is (SH-CH).
Now why it is hard to pronounce 'M o s k v a' and instead it is being mangled into 'Moss Cow', is a mystery.

That would be the schnitzel. I meant what tool do you use to shape the spatzel. A potato ricer?
