Red (chargrilled red capsicum added) pesto with spelt fusilli pasta with a bitter green salad. Washed down with a Artemis 2014 Southern Highlands Pinot Noir.

A variation on Ottolenghi's Coleslaw, grated Purple and savoy cabbage, fennel, apple carrots, diced red caps & Italian parsley with finely sliced Spanish onion & home made mayo.

With gourmet lamb sausages and vego snags.

Saw a really nice looking 11# slab of pork belly last weekend so I grabbed it. I seasoned with black pepper, sriracha, and maple syrup.

Just finished smoking it and wanted to sample. The heat and sweet with the smoke are excellent.
