What brand?

Hi,
I have been reading the forums for a while and I noticed that Express, Gap is not recommended BR seems to have mixed reviews.. so here is the question. What's a good brand for streetwear and Denim?

I am looking at picking up some nice polos, and short sleeve casual shirts.. will they go well with jeans and jack purcell shoes?

For Polos, some BR and J Crew polos are OK, and you can also look at Penguin, Lacoste, Le Tigre, and RLPL (or RL custom fit) Express polos before this season are OK as well.

I'm a fan of RL's polos, especially their interlock polos.

I went to BR today and saw some really nice Polos. Also I went to express, but I did not like their stuff as much

Express' new polos are mostly garbage, they are selling them for $9.99 in the discount boxes now.
