I know the lines defining genres can be a little blurry these days, but I wouldn't consider DBT to be a country band. Is this record a departure from their known 'sound/style'?A lot of folks (especially here in PDX) like to **** on country music as if that makes them intellectually superior, or their music taste is somehow more refined by excluding an entire genre and culture. I refuse to be one of them.
