Very nice photos. I'm just concerned that he would be more into showing off his craft than capturing candid and genuine moments. The photos I like to go back and look at from my wedding are normal candid shots of friends, family and the two of us. The posed, kinda artistic ones, I don't care much for now.

He's pretty good, although it ultimately depends on the style of photos you want. Personally, I prefer more of a photojournalistic style. I absolutely hated the times I had to help out friends with wedding photography. I much prefer being the secondary photographer doing the candids and catching real moments... I can't stand all the cheesy posed photographs that every couple seems to want or the "off-the-wall" group walk/folded arm/jumping groomsmen photo. Ugh.
