If you're looking for a traditional ivy league style blazer, I would look at J. Press (the ones made by Southwick, not the ones made in Canada). Southwick also does offers some basic MTM options through various local 3rd party menswear shops, that might be an option too. Brooks Brothers is pretty good too, but has a few details that make it slightly out of step with the vintage-style look...
