There's no price advantage at trunk shows. You put down some sort of deposit (I think 30%) and then pay the balance when the item arrives. I don't know what the US price for this is, but I think in JP it was something like 500,000 yen? Don't remember.
It’s the same price 2,810 I believe. However, you put down a 30% deposit at the trunk show. Then you pay the rest before you pick up the item. Also, some items are really limited to trunk show orders.
Yes it’s in their Torrance show room. It’s a nicer layout than Exhibition. It’s appointment only.
The mawata material is indeed really nice in person. But I strangely preferred the mawata Douglas jacket. Something about the PEERLESS branding spoke to me!

Correct- sometimes I held off on pre-ordering an item because I was unsure, by the time release came around it was raffle only and im left to pay hefty resale, or lose out. Really depends on your risk appetite. With how poorly resale in general has been on high ticket clothing, I dont like gambling on items as much now since ive been burned on sizing or fit.
