About to finish Death's Door, it's a surprisingly well made homage to the 2D Zeldas with just a pinch of the Soulsborne formula. I do wish that the combat was at least a bit deeper, though

Good timing. I downloaded it last night. Just tried to play it about an hour ago on steam and it won’t load. Click “play” it starts running, then stops after 10-15 seconds.

Google search shows lots of people having the same issue. I restarted Steam, restarted windows, tried to open from the folder, cleared steam cache, updated drivers and I finally uninstalled the game and am downloading it again.

Some people recommend reinstalling windows. I’m not willing to go that far. If this doesn’t work, I’ll return/refund. Looks amazing but this is a bit frustrating.

Edit. That worked. Just started.

I'm having a hard time continuing with the last God of War (on PC). I think purchasing a controller will help me play.

Started Disco Elysium instead and initial impressions are good. I'll play more.

The last God of War is fantastic, do buy a controller if it helps.
I had higher expectations from Dicso Elysium, although i liked the world.

I can’t even imagine trying to play GOW without a controller. Conversely I got Disco Elysium for PS5 and hated playing it with a controller.

Lol I was just looking at Disco Elysium for the Switch, and it seems like the touch screen helps things out in that regard. But of course, will wait for a sale first

Anyone playing Street Fighter 6? Might be the best all around fighting game in over a decade. Everything is extremely well designed and they managed to make it feel both casual friendly and yet also deep.

It runs great on a PS4 but I’ve been on the PS5 version. Highly recommend.

Anyone with some good recs on either mobile games (that will be playable on an iphone 13 mini screen) or games that will play on my Surface Pro X (ARM chip, so unless native ARM, gotta work within the x86 emulation layer) without a controller?

Heading to europe next week and even though I haven't finished TotK yet, I think I am going to leave my Switch at home in the name of packing light.

I can make do with TV/Movies, but if there's something worth playing, I'd be down to clown.
