Very nice marbling ?

This is of the best lasting for a stitchdown that I’ve seen from viberg. Snug on the arch in a good way and not a lot extra leather on the vamp. I

I picked up these Bobcat hiker/loggers or whatever off the machine the other day for cheap. Looks like they were only worn for a minute. I think I’ll wear them hard over the winter and then see if Bedo’s can maybe chop them down and swap eyelets and sole. The bobcat is just such a better design for a ‘second boot’ than the scout.

I figured some of you would appreciate more pictures and I was in a hurry last night when unboxing them. I didn't realize the accuracy variance of my pictures until now, since I did a ****** screen repair in order to trade in my phone and I'm stuck with my old phone for a few days. Overcast made a bit more challenging as well. Personally, I don't care for the higher SPI, but it looks great on this pair.

I actually like the mismatching tongues. The right tongue lowkey reminds me of rowdy dachshund.

I only wear birkenstocks at home

Indeed. I'm very happy with the pair I received.
Initially, I wasn't sure what you meant about the extra leather but looking at other pairs, it became obvious. My 1071 vitello has extra leather on the vamp and looks weird when flexing.

I was becoming very impatient with this pair. Which is rare for me, but I emailed Viberg and they took care of me.
