Out of curiosity...has Viberg ever made or ever considered a Moc Toe boot? Seems like it would be easy for them to outdo the popular Red Wing stuff in terms of style and overall class factor.

after a week of waiting for these color 8 cap toes. Recieved these from Brooklyn Clothing. They sent the boot box covered in paper and not In a box ... annoying as it was raining outside and this barely protects the box.

Anyhow after opening I'm ecstatic, left boot completely perfect. The right boot not so much. The toe box has a rougher scaley looking and feeling spot. The shaft also has some crazy loose grain. I know there's a lottery but this was prior to wearing maybe given the price point I wouldn't accept it but hmmm

I guess have a delima rough it out with this pair or return... thoughts?

Thats normal for Viberg about 50% of their shoes will have this. After you wear the boots for some time both sides will look great on their own and the creasing and loose grain wont be much of a problem. Because they use full grain leather expect some marks on the leather Its actually better than the sanded off top grain.

Shell and sticthdown? In a service boot too. Wow. I thought those days where done. Not sure color 4 is what I am looking for personally but so glad to see this is back.
