I made it through my second full week. Some major ups, some major downs, but still standing. I'm far from mastery of the reports and software yet but I can get a few basic functions done. I had to tell the EVP I was going home, vs. staying late and doing a month end report no one told me about, as no one had trained me how to do it either. He told me to stay late and figure it out so I told him the organization's poor onboarding is not my emergency, no one would die if the report wasn't done this month, and they can properly train me how to do it and it will be submitted timely next month...but that my wife made me dinner and I'm going home to eat it then enjoy a martini. Screw these people.
