The new semester just began today, to where I am wearing "office shoes" for the first time in a few weeks. My feet are like "aww c'mon man go back to tenny's can't take the pain no more!"

2017 was the best year of my life because Mr.G added me as a FB friend.

I had thought that 2017 was a pretty awesome year for me too, but then I read this and realized that 2017 sucked because neither of you (or anyone else on StyFo) added me as a FB friend.

If it makes you feel an better, pretty much all of my SF FB friends are old IC dudes. BC happened to make the cut because we got to talking on PMs at some point, and I realized he was a cool guy who I wanted to keep in touch with as I've been posting less here.

Yeah, I remember the spate of SF FB adds back in the day. That's where most of mine came from, and, oddly enough, some of the people I interact with most on FB now are those dudes (or SFers I added in the years that followed). It's nice to still have contact with some of the guys who have moved on from SF.

That said, I never did add OTC. I'm pretty sure I've seen him post on mutual friends' stuff, but we've never actually become friends.

Unrelated to it's fetish of unmasking all of the inner circle, I tried shake shack for the first tonight. Quite disappointed, and i wish I had listened to it.

The chicken sandwich was okay, but small. The ice cream was okay too, but not great. Culvers is better. Overall overpriced and overhyped.

Wait. Tell me you at least tried a burger? Not just a chicken sandwich.

The smokeshack is better than Culver's for sure.

I'd still rather go to Culver's, but between the bun, the toppings, and the patties, shake shack beats all but the best prepared Culver's burger. But their fries suck, they don't have curds, their shakes are just ok, and everything is overpriced.

Wait, what are we talking here? Custard or burgers? Kopps is pretty meh food wise. Personally, I'm not an ice cream person.
Now if you are talking burgers, you need to make the "pilgrimage" to Sollys the next time you are in town. Home of the original butterburger. Oscars (not the custard Oscars) has a pretty good burger with chorizo, jalapenos, cheese and bacon. That itself is a different animal.

Its lunch time and now I'm off to eat my salad.
