If it is the type to talk endlessly about diet, acid lactic level, recovery times and other things, they're diabolical...

a lot of times, there's a fundraising part associated with people posting runs/rides. Very smart way for Nike to get their logo out there on the cheap.

As of late I am receiving many e-mail messages that weren't intended for me it is because people are pressing dat "Reply All" button, which produces exactly the effect that the name suggests (it causes your reply to go to "all" the people who received the initial message). It is 2015 now how do people still not know how to reply to e-mails?

My department that I work in has a pretty flexible start end time requirement. You can pretty much get into the office at any time as long as you get your shit done and do at least your eight plus lunch. Well we have this intern who comes in at the crack of dawn and leaves at like 3. I find this somewhat abusive of this flexible arrangement and as an intern who is interesting in working here shouldn't be leaving so early. Whenever theres something that happens at 3:30pm or a meeting we wanted to schedule it's always, oh, let's have it later to accommodate the intern. Fuck that, if most of your group is here between x and y fucking be here within a reasonable variation of that.

I agree on the intern, but I don't understand the bolded. Why do I need to be in the office for 8+ hours/day if I get my shit done?
