Here's what I've got, l to r: Vintage Hanover Masterflex in Oxblood, Tricker's Stow, Allen Edmonds Chester, Vintage British Longwing--I just picked these up at the thrift shop for $1.50, they were a nice tan, but in order to breathe some life back into the leather I moisturized them with several coats of Obenauf's leather oil and leather protectant and they are now a dark brown. I can't find a maker's mark in the shoe, but they do say 8 1/2 UK in them (so I presume they are British), and they came from a place called "Vaughn at Sather Gate" with locations in Berkeley (where Sather Gate is located), Seattle, and San Jose. This is stamped inside the shoe on the heel. Also, I can just make out a very faint imprint on the leather insole that says, I believe, "Beacon Union Made." I have no idea if this is who made the insole or the shoe itself. Anyone ever heard of Beacon? Thanks for looking.

The "Piccadilly" is on the 4537 last, The 1829 Collection:

This range of classic favourites with contemporary styling, using fine leathers on a
modern last follows Tricker's tradition of quality bench-made shoes.

(Tricker's website)

Looks traditional to me! Is the 'modern last' elongated or chiseled or something?

It is similiar to the "Epsom" on the 6038L last, The Jermyn Street Collection:

The understated English style which has permeated in the annals of the City
establishment for centuries is embodied in this fine collection of
English footwear by Tricker's.

(Tricker's website)

Any ideas?

More chiseled and slightly elongated. But you are speaking about Tricker's - so it is not an elongated and chiseled Italian last!

Could you post closeups/bigger pics of the Stow? Is the colour Acorn?
