I'm confused; the prices on these used shoes is higher than new retail prices?

Sorry for the confusion. It's basically retail for most of them plus the cost of the trees. Some online retailers include trees with the shoes and are able to charge regular price. However, I bought my trees separately and that's reflected in my price. I'm open to offers, though, so at the end of the day you'll still wind up ahead.
