Cropped pants that are very slim and well tapered + loafers = OK if that is what you're going for.
Cropped pants that are too wide at the bottom, and appear to be too loose in general, but not loose enough for the Yohji aesthetic + loafers = doesn't look so great.

Agreed, looks confused and unattractively disproportionate

I got the pocket crewneck. It's interesting. The fabric is almost felted, no ribbing at cuffs/waist, surprisingly warm. I think it's intended to be worn as a shirt, but it's too short for me to do that. Fits true to size. I'm happy with it.

I'm really torn about this. I like all the pieces individually, but there just seems to be something off proportionally on the top half here - the short is so short compared to the stark that it looks almost like a really thin button down.

I actually agree with most of this.
The pieces work well together colour-wise but the styles differ quite a lot. The coat is indeed short (2 inches longer would be perfect) and the sharp lines and modern cut doesn't suit the long and chunky SNS knit very well. However, the coat does in no way resemble a button down apart from the length (I blame the lightning). It's made of thick and sturdy wool and has semi structured shoulders. It'll turn up in more fit pics so you can see.

Old fit, apologies if it was posted here as well

Really appreciate all the advice, so I will taper the pants. I see what you guys mean about that. It's a weird mix between being proper and trying be "edgy" and its not being pulled off. Also, I always get the same criticism about jacket size. I think I need to just gain weight because all my jackets are 36 or smaller and relitively slim but still look big. Im 118 pounds and 5'11 but I just started working on gaining weight in healthy way.

This makes me sad. Finding OTR suits that fit is hard enough as it is.

I guess if you're feeling adventurous and have cash to burn, you could snatch up some Attachment suits in size 1.

OTR is not hard to find good fitting if you're looking for real suiting (fashion suits are a different story).
