yup. i took it out for a spin last month when we had some really bad rain storm, wind was strong. felt sturdy and didnt budge at all. the handle shape helps too methinks. cool design, mine is the stick version which means it isnt as compact.
if you want to save some cash, you dont really need to go for the UV protection.. (i know, theres still uv when its not sunny but whatevs )
