Thanks. Chinos are Uniqlo but I had them tapered.

Moo's tie brings out the dull in that jacket. Sharper tie and darker pants would probably look great.

I may be completely wrong but imagine that most people commenting on Moo's jacket and tie have worn a jacket and tie a dozen times in their lives. Top half of his outfit looks good - the coat's cut is good, it fits well - the pose is contrived but there's nothing dull about that triple-check jacket and grenadine tie. One must not spend a lot of time in business-formal office environment to find this dull - the usual ill-fitting Brooks striped suits and awful red ties are legion. This is almost Pitti in comparison
I can't believe we're still talking about moo's fit... I do think that it's an absolute waste of everyone's time to post these outfits in the SWD WAYWT thread. The SWDers interested in MC outfits can lurk in the MC thread. While the ones that don't ever dress that way - and rarely think about it - bring little useful or relevant advice. It's just a lose/lose situation.

29 in PS, better to go 29x32 or 30x34 you think? I'm 6' with longish legs.

I have one pair of 32's that are kind of awkwardly loose in the thigh/butt region, so I'd try the 29's if you want them to fit like your APC's. Also, if you can try them on, do so - I have 3 pairs of 511's, all ostensibly 32" inseams, all with drastically different lengths.


EDIT: Oh, and I'm 6'1 - a 32 might be too short to wear with sneakers, but not with boots.

I know I've hated on NB sneakers before, but for some reason I think this actually looks good... I still don't really like NB, but Nicely, you seem to know how to make the sneakers look good.
