I could do 2" cuffs, but first I'd need to add about 2" to my legs to look right doing that. :(

Nice nickelcobalt - I would add a little more contrast but that's just me.

Regarding the NickleCobalt look (which I like) I've never heard much from the SW&D crowd on quilted jackets. I can't help but like them, but I know they are despised on the MC side of the fence.

Really, MC-ers hate Barbours? They are pretty staple. I like them, I kind of want to get a Bedale myself, but I'd look kinda frumpy in one.

Actually drew i think you'd look really good in one. I recall a grey sweater, worn apcs, and red wings fit you posted a while back that would have been perfectly topped off with an olive bedale. those jackets drape better and have more life to them once they're broken in, so don't let the sack effect that they create when brand new deter you.

Santoni call suede shoes "rain shoes". (These are C&J, btw.) Suede isn't as "fragile" as many think.

I don't think so. Barbour is prototypically MC Country Wear, isn't it? I wanted a Barbour for a rain coat, but just couldn't find the one I want. (Basically what I'm wearing in the pic above, but in waxed cotton.)

I will probably get one, but wear it MC style kind of. I got a pair of Indys from an SF member and wore them a little bit, need dry denim again or something, I dunno. Haven't visited that style in awhile. This winter in Tokyo I will probably wear an MA-1, some prototype TOJ shit, some trousers or JDM denim, maybe get a pair of Generic Man hiking boots I think.

lol, looks like a fat version of winq. He'd probably be into this style though, I see it somewhere on the evolutionary timeline of style for him.

I think a lot of Barbour stuff is too frumpy/suburban. I like the International and moto-inspired stuff though. I have this lightweight Sapper in midnight blue:
