I laughed at a comment I read on Hodinkee - “I was told that I had to buy a Code 11.59 to start a relationship. However, they didn’t have any Code 11.59 watches. At least I got a nespresso.”

I like the green dial. Interesting description.

ROO = watch for up and coming IB/PE ballers who read "GQ" and dream of well defined abs and a Cayman GTS with alcantara.

Not yet 1980s Quartz Calatrava territory

Thanks, boo boo. And it fit your regular 42mm Speedy just fine? No issues in installation?

I have the FOIS not the regular 42mm Speedy. It should fit just about any pre 3861 Speedmaster Pro with a closed caseback.

There was a guy with an 861 Speedmaster who couldn't fit it because the caseback stripped the metal threading. I haven't seen any other stories of it not fitting.

Roger that. I'm ordering one. Let's see if my watchmaker is skilled enough to make the switch.

I'm sure there is someone here who is well enough versed in AP...but is the only difference between the $25K RO 15500 and the $33K RO 16202 the 2.5mm difference in thickness? everything else looks exactly the same at a quick glance...
15500 is a different beast than the 16202 - 15500 is also 41mm and 16202 replaces the iconic 15202 (which is the legendary Jumbo). 15202 has been retailoring at around 29k for a while and grey market is like 90k ever since its been announced it was discotiued and noew replaced by the 16202.

15500 has been discontinued and will be replaced by 15510

You can do it yourself if you request them to make the changing tool for you. It took me like a minute to do it myself.

Richemont peasantry with a display caseback. Also wearing a pair of Alden Ravello shell u-tip boots today.

If I were on the Titanic, I'd have had likely gone down with the ship along with most of the rest of third class while the first classers were huddled in the lifeboats wearing their Pateks
