From personal experience (SS '19 edition), the cream linen is transparent enough to show a clear outline of the front pockets. If it bothers you, I would suggest staying away from it. My workplace is casual enough that it doesn't affect me. Plus, if women are allowed to wear yoga pants to work these days, why can't I wear sheer linen?

Worn a handful of time, in great condition (bit wrinkled so could do with a press). Jacket has been taken in about 5/8" in upper back which can easily be undone by your tailor.
