Well the down leaks and down is useless when it's wet. The nylon that they use rips easily. I know it's knit picking but there's some really awesome insulators that use coreloft and a nylon which breathes better is is more durable. But we talking like $250-$700 vs $30. So yea Uniqlo ultralight down is great.

No I see what you mean. You're correct in the regards that the down leaks (very shoddy) but for $30, I don't think it's worth complaining. I'll take a look into the Arcteryx stuff, thanks.

Wish they'd stock tees and linen shirts online already.

How does the +J cashmere v-neck sweater fit?

For reference, I wear a size M in the +J regular fit shirt.

Thanks!

Got the selvedge stretch denim they just dropped. Not bad. Fit is way too slim for me to wear the faded denim color, but black color works great.

That's not bad. Would you mind PM'ing me some measurements (or telling me how accurate the online ones are, they always seem off). FWIW I took a 35 in the washed PBJ's and 34 in the raws.

Measurements on a size 35 was 12" thigh, 10" rise, 15" back rise, 7.5" leg opening. Thigh is a bit smaller than what I usually can do but the stretch is super stretchy so it helps.

Is the water defender ultra light the same way or are the leaks just with the regular ultra lights and vests?
