Holy **** VIP tickets are pricey (and seem to be all that's left for tomorrow's shows), especially for that venue.

Kurupt announced a Dogg Pound and Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony collabo project to be called "Thug Pound". Please let this see the light of day.

It's going to be a warm day today, and Bibio makes great spring-weather music

hey Parker, how was Prince (or whatever he's called now)? I've heard he's really amazing live. always been curious to check out one of his shows but I was never enough of a fan to pay the ticket price. :satisfied: also, habitant, I think I've seen Tiger Army live more than any other band, but never on purpose. they were always opening for the band I was really there to see. haha. best live show I've ever seen was Radiohead at MSG in 2003. I'd seen them before that and have seen them a couple times since, but that show was the best. edit: also, damir in his FW08 show used Radiohead for the soundtrack. not really what I would've expected...

I didnt think it was that bad. Ive been listening to a lot of submotion orchestra lately. They are nothing short of flat out amazing. Its a live jazz band that performs modern breaks:

this is an amazing live drumstep type track:

good liquid remix:

OK digging through some old youtube favorites.

If you want to have your face COMPLETELY melted off. Goosebump status. Chills. Eddie Hazel will bring you to tears and have you trying to exhume him to get one more performance like this.

If you want to hip hop:

If you want to Indie:

If you want to David Bowie:

Prince was insane. It was a full-on rock show. We got lots of 70s style funky fuzz and extendo jamz -- which is normally not my thing, but Prince is a really fantastic guitar player. Tiny club setting and we were very close. Kinda like this:
