I kind of understand the logic for this type of rule when you get people hunting out rare bottles. Using the bourbon example, a store needs to sell X cases of Buffalo Trace to get a whiff of some BTAC or Pappy.

Uhhh, around here we can't even get a whiff of Buffalo Trace. Not kidding.

Did a early pizza lunch with the kids after doing some yard work and worked up a big sweat. Opened this up and it went down easy, kinda too easy as the bottle was quickly finished

I love it so much. Was with my teenage daughter who isn't that into seafood. Got the steak tartare (which I think is the best anywhere) and the duck confit hash. No regrets.

please go to”the grill” while you are in town. Just had dinner there and it is still my favorite restaurant in NY.
