+ 100!

I've been saying this for months, now, yet people still claim Gustin denim is lower tier while Tellason and RRL are considered mid tier...Uhhh, ok...All three makes are made in the same factory, Skyblue Sewing, with the same workers, using very similar denim, and use the same damn machines!!! Tell me, why Gustin is still considered to be low tier while Tellason and RRL are mid tier? Is it the lower price point? If so, I guess they are lower tier priced...But the quality you get from Gustin is on par with those aforementioned makes.

Patience young grasshopper. Gustin doesn't have the name recognition yet. If they are as good as you say they are, they will rise in the esteem of denimheads.

I've only encountered one pair of Gustins. If they had been one size smaller, I would've kept them. I have two pairs of Tellasons now, which I paid about 25% of retail for, so I'm not going to comment on the pricing, since I will never pay full price for clothing.

Thanks. I can't pretend to hold a candle to Spoo; I just felt like having a bit of fun. Speaking of fun, I can't resist reposting this badass.

G, that RL is ******* badass! I still don't have a basic blue DB in my rotation. If anybody's got one in a 38, hit me up!
I was also repairing a button on my vintage navel pea coat and noticed this:

Thrifted some Waterbury buttons from my closet. :slayer:

So, anyone order and get the variety box from Left Field NYC? I took a gamble and ordered one, should hopefully have it tomorrow when I arrive in San Francisco (HELLZ YEAH).
And on that note, anyone got any not-miss things? I'm visiting with a friend, and we've got champagne and shellfish plans, but that's pretty much it. Staying until Sunday.

Hey guize, I needed to hobble down to the Walgreens to pick up a prescription and of course, I had to stop by my neighborhood spot. This ranks up there with one of my greatest finds. In other words, I'm glad I ventured out of my bed. Oxxford cashmere or wool/cashmere polo coat. :slayer: :slayer: :slayer: :slayer: :slayer: N/A
