Do not buy this type of outerwear if it needs work unless you are buying for yourself. Unless you know it is super rare, money thrown away, and Pendletons are not rare by any means.

Anyone know anything about vintage Wrangler? This was made in the USA and very cool looking. Also a smaller size.

.
should of passed..late 70's most probably...only shirts from early 60's and prior are flippable, and should have a "Rockabilly" look....the caveat to this would be sanforized denim shirts, or selvedge...I'm sure Wrangler did use that kind of denim, but havent seen the shirts myself like that.

but if you do list it, make sure you do say "rockabilly" and "americana" on the listing

I figured being US made and a smaller size it was worth the $2.50 risk.

Those do help a listing and when it comes down to it, Ebay can really throw a curve sometimes, as noted above with the Botany 500 suits.

Found a Filson coat today in perfect shape. Doesn't even look worn. I only took it because I think I saw it mentioned on this thread. Is this what I want?
It is, it is a Mackinaw Cruiser style, but not sure what exact model it might be...is there a pocket in the back?

I think I will do just fine on it. It's a button. If I have to I can change all the buttons for a few bucks.

Holy crap!
Hmmm, looks real but crap...Sorry, Evisu really has fallen off the horse these years with their quality. They have been mass producing their stuff in China with cheap denim. You might get like $5 off of fleabay. lol JK but those are not worth the time if you ask me...But their made in Japan No.1 stuff is still pretty damn quality. I pretty much just pick up the 1 and 2 if I ever come across one. But their fit have been

for me most of the time...

When did you get some fake Prps? What made it fake? Pics! Deets!
Wow, I thought I was the only one who likes old Botany.

Here's the deets on the Prps, they're not my size or style, so I will give them up for shipping ($5 legal priority envelope) to anyone who is into it. Remember, they are not the real deal, primarily because of the extra snaps, also the purple tag on the back is supposed to be on the pocket, not below it. They're a 36 very long (35ish, would have to look it up), so if you're shorter you can cut out the bad hem.

Evisu jeans are fake
Deets? I couldn't find anything definitive, which is why I asked.
Those are f'n sweet!

Unfortunately, and speaking from experience, I think that Stewie is right. You'll be fortunate to get $25 for that coat. It's heavy and bulky, so figure $15 for shipping. You can see where the math is headed.

I love Pendleton stuff, but there's just no money there. Same with a lot of other woolen outer wear that's top quality. A made-in-England duffle coat by Orvis, flawless and with the nice toggles, just went for $48, shipping included on eBay. Gloveralls can be had all day long for $50 or so. Hickey Freeman Flight Coats can be had, easily, for less than $50. And all of these cost a fair amount to ship. I think part of the problem is, they last forever and they take up a fair amount of closet space, and so few folks stock up on woolen overcoats. I've tried flipping a couple Pendleton coats like this one and I've learned my lesson. I have one in my closet and love it, but I wouldn't take one for free if I had to sell it. Even for free, you'd have to work hard to make money.
