Those lapels are pure Spoo! Coming very soon to B&S.

That is pure me. Just 3 pure sizes too big.

I never find RLPL at off 5th. Good deal?

I lucked upon a pair of Nantucket Red plain front shorts from Murray's Toggery Shop (MADE IN THE USA!) yesterday. Been on a bit of a streak, lately. Also nabbed a Mercer & Sons shirt in my size.

Might need to buy as inspiration to get down from a 46R

Great find. I have never seen a Mercer in the wild.

Oh geez. Yeah - she seems like a hoarder and a flipper. She does get in good with the workers, but I think most just do it so they don't have to hear her whine. She was coming in the door as we were coming out on Thursday with the Ricci shirts in our bags. I immediately saw her face turn to a "Oh ****" face. Haha, that was priceless. Each thrift seems to have their own "glasses lady". There is an older guy who camps out at the store that ilikethelights got the Talbott shirts at. He literally waits in the middle of the store for the bins to come out. He just goes for household stuff though - never seen him looking through the clothes racks. You likely saw her at the Ridgedale GW, right?

Seemed like she was pretty chummy with the GW workers though.

That's pretty awesome. I'm just in it for myself, so it really pisses me off when I see people just piling anything of remote value into their cart. I really hope that you showed her the Ricci shirts.

Yah, Ridgedale GW, haven't seen anything there in a really long time.

When I saw it there I immediately thought of you Spoo. Sadly it's two sizes two big for myself and would require some major reconstruction to get it to fit.

Fantastic deal. Like most finds...it's all just incredible luck.

Same here - save something for the people who will actually wear the stuff! She grabs everything from Brooks Brothers to high-end stuff. She hassles workers there for a "discount" too.

Ridgedale GW rarely has anything because one of the managers (younger guy with blonde spikey hair) told me straight up he does eBay and makes a killing. Him, plus the glasses lady pretty much makes it a worthless trip for me.

I was just looking at a suit on ebay, saw the seller's location was my city, so I clicked on the "visit seller's store" link and found the online shop of one of the big flippers in town. They have a huge shop (1200+ listings) and it's killing me to see all the nice stuff in my size that I miised out on.

Need to get "glasses" banned from the store and manager fired.
