That's a hermes faconnee tie.
That's why the different label and better construction then regular ones.
Has nothing to do with being modern ,if you go on the website you will see they are selling them simultaneously.
With different labels.

@PGRoadhouse yours is a hermes faconnee tie as well hence the different label,now as far as the cassette I believe yours is even more rare because it's a special edition (not sure if limited to a certain number but definitely speciial edition )
I've had three over the years ,not a castle but I had one with balloons and a skyscraper one .
Like just on the end not in the actual print of the main blade,and they were special editions.you just have to find what yours was.

Damn didn’t know that. I’ve found 2/3 of them over the last couple years. So I guess all Faconnee have the spell out label?

With the exception of ties made from scarves ,the vintage ones I believe have the spell out too but its been awhile

Happy New Year thrift thread, I’ve been loitering since I think 2011 and ironically I think my first post was asking for Hermes tie authentication 🤣. Two items on my hit list for 2024 are a real deal cowichan sweater and a J. Press shaggy dog sweater which has been at the top of my list for years.

But I wanted to share this one. Hard to tell from the pics but it’s a full olive green suit in my size. Never had a green suit before but I’ve always wanted one and the thing fits like a glove. $15 out the door.
