1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

That's not the thread for pricing. I would have not bought the sweater in the first place. Also, please post all finds in 1 post instead of 1 item per post.

^^ Nice. I would have still picked it up. Cash zippers are hard to find. The holes in the elbow are big and I like the look of elbow patches so that's what I would do lol

That was me. picked up some Atkinson's Irish Poplin, Seaward & Stearn, Peter Millar, Eton, etc. (see my post from Mon night). Really just buy for myself and family but will occasionally resell. I just hate to leave good stuff in the wild when I find it.

I'd do patches as well. That said, I actually dislike zippers on any knitwear. It seems incongruent to me.

Sorry, I just meant it was a pretty tie. Can't help you with who makes it.

Damn I found a Robert Indiana a few weeks ago and was super stoked until I saw the copyright date and the company who did the reproduction

Does this tie look legit? Everything looks right to me but I'm not a hermes expert. I couldn't find the same number design on the Internet either. I spent a few bucks on it but got it on sale.

There's some old US made Cabela's out there, I've picked up duck camo that has done well.

Always killing w/ art. It's like tee shirts and albums, I just can't bear to sort through all the JC Penney framed prints to find gold.

Hey everyone I've been watching this thread for a while and started getting into thrifting I went out today and found a hickey freeman 100% cashmere blazer with tags on it but it says sample and I wanted to know if any of you have any info on it

It means it was probably used as a sample for demonstration purposes, i.e. being presented to a prospective buyer or something like that.
