A good past couple of days compared to what I usually find. One stop during lunch today, all big sizes. BB MTM, most recent Samuelsohn I've found and my first men's RLPL. $20 total after tax. Getting better at passing on things I would've bought a month ago.

I'm leaving things behind that I probably shouldn't, but still collecting things. I figured I'd check a couple of stores local for the corneliani pants.

Didn't find any, but did happen on these... Brooks brothers shell cordovan. (pop)

Funniest part was, a couple was systematically going through the shoes. He had his cell phone out and was looking things up. They'd been at it over an hour. I walked up, asked if he was finding anything good. He said always and went back to the phone.

I saw these on the shelf nearby. Put them in the cart...

Next stop... Leather J Brand pants. And some decent fall sport coats.

Left them in the car so my wife doesn't explode. A bunch of other stuff too... Moleskin breeks, German breeks, orvis pants, Willis and Geiger, Alligator trafalgar belt... Just jumping in the cart.(pop pop)

She gets used. Judging by the paint under the dirt rarely washed and road hard put away wet. In my eyes that's good there getting good there money out of it. It would be a shame to own one and not use it and treat it like a trophy.

Im a big believer in not having a garage queen but for ***** sake at least park it like a million dollar machine.

I have pics coming later tonight of an issued MA-1 Brent Sportswear flight jacket from the late 50's, complete with awesome patches and old Air Force logo stenciling. Pretty sure you'll appreciate this one

Yeah that's the real deal. The yellow stitching on the exterior interior label (the one that gives the fabric content) is a dead giveaway that it's mainline LP bespoke, if you happen to be missing the interior tag too.

I love seeing T&A tailored clothing. I think it goes back to walking into their stores years ago on Jermyn St -- and on 57th street in NYC -- and feeling both thrilled and intimidated by my surroundings.

And very wise move with the wife. My thrift finds are stored in my office.
