"Bondage Pants" will be the name of my next band.

BTW I ran into someone who is into military uni's today and he said that those are sailor pants, and they should have 13 buttons signifying the original colonies.

He said those pants COULD be very old if they aren't, say, replicas for re-enactors or costumery for theater. Like 1800s-old. Probably not though, judging from the pix.

A few nice finds this weekend.
I have been looking for a pair of dirty bucks. These walkovers should fit the bill nicely.

1,000th post means cause for celebration:

Thrift-funded (still have a little ways to go in sales to cover it but inventory is more than there). Almost as impressive as the deal on the Highlander itself was the $24 plane ticket from Nashville to Chicago to pick it up. Thanks to @SpooPoker for the thrift a car inspiration and thanks to everyone here for their many, many contributions. Have loved learning from everyone and it's fun to see it pay off in a big way for me.

Also, ignore my neighbor's breathtaking lawn. Dude's been having some serious problems.

Woot! Congrats!

Ok, bear with me. Some fodder in here, but it is literally everything I've bought this weekend. The BB linen pants are mint, and I wish they fit, they're a tan glen plaid linen. The BB coat is a great example of a barn coat. The blackwatch lining is a nice touch.
The Etro coat is the first article in a while I've found that made me exclaim out loud. Grabbed it and said "OH ****" There was a guy down the aisle that looked at me like I'd lost my mind.

This EZ made for someone I know, thought that was funny.

POP on UNIS

props to the thread for the tip on this

Been like FOREVER since I've found RG, I don't think any GWs in our area are letting them get to the floor.
Balmain and Nigel Coburn are POPS. Quality on the Balmain is not great.

$24 from Nashville to Chicago? I'd like to know the airline - would like to get back there this year. And...I'm the neighbor with the ****** lawn, despite dropping $200 in weed & feed on it every year.

i love the pattern on that etro...is it a full coat or a blazer? Thats the sears level Balmain, not the one you're looking for; thats why the quality is ****.

I realized that post purchase. I thought all the newer Balmain Paris stuff was good. Should have checked.
