Can’t tell you if it’s deep enough but how about something simple like uniqulo v tee (definitely would not show for 1st button not sure about 2nd)
This one?

Seems like what I need. Do you have it?

I am going to give it a shot, it's 15 euros, so worth a try :). The description is promising ("AIRism wicks moisture, releases heat and absorbs sweat while maintaining a smooth feel.").

Edit: won't order because they don't ship to the Netherlands. The search continues :p.

Can anyone recommend a brand that produces high quality white undershirts with deep v-neck? Deep enough that the undershirt isn't visible with the top one or two shirt buttons unbuttoned. I currently use the one pictured, but the material isn't good, it's very stretchy and sticks to your body – not breathable. If anyone knows of a similar design by a higher quality brand, please let me know, have searched many websites but can't find any.

EDIT: Well, just found one by Orlebar Brown, but it's 100 euros for 1 shirt (not advertised as an undershirt, just a regular designer white tee). That's too much for something that I'll exclusively use as underwear, so preferably something in the 30-70 euros range per shirt.

If you're only going to wear it as a base layer and not by itself, I recommend the Tommy John deep-v undershirts. Very light and comfortable.

Thanks. From the stock pics, it looks like it "sticks" to your body. Is that actually the case, or is it a loose fit? I want a bit of a looser fit for breahtability.
I guess it would depend on how you size them. I wear my usual size (medium) and it is a very close fit. Again, like a base layer. While a large might give you a looser fit, the material is made to breathe without having to be loose. Their "Cool Cotton" is effective and does what it says.

just be warned uniqulo airsim is nearly transparent, it’s really underplayer only, if you want to use as a regular tee from time to time, I would use their regular cotton stuff

I looked at their cotton stuff, but couldn't find a v neck version. I intend to only use it as underwear to prevent shirts from making direct contact with my body, so that's okay.

I will try both shirts out :).

Here's a great RRL album of pieces:

Got me drooling for a few pieces

This is the thread that got me into RRL! I was sold by the fifth or sixth image.

That would be perfect. Will try to find a third party vendor when I get home.
I have ten Airism tees (beige for no-show under dress shirts) because I love them so much. They're 100% poly + spandex, but they do feel quite nice. They mostly keep sweat/deodorant from getting on my shirts, even on 85°F/30°C+ days. But I'm also rail thin and don't sweat too much. I highly recommend them. They're not flattering worn alone, though.
