The other RRL varsity/bomber jackets I have.
I have the sweatshirt jacket version of the kitty cat one too.
The dice one bugs the hell out of me since the dots on the dice are wrong. I wonder if there's some significance to the dots.

It's 93'....year the brand was founded...

Has anybody got this Limited Edition jacket from SS17? Any feedback or photos?

Received as a gift, and it's pretty awesome. Made from indigo-warp/gray(ish)-weft 10 oz. Japanese denim. Subtle irregularities throughout the denim, which only adds to its character. Although the website lists the coat as "rigid," I'd say it has a fairly soft hand and can be worn with or without initial soak. Fits a touch large, but a warm soak should help if sizing is an issue. Definitely one the items people are likely to pine for once it's no longer available. Happy to post pictures once I get a chance. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for your feedback, so helpful! If you wouldn't mind posting a series of pictures when you get a sec that'd be great. As far as chore coats or engineer coats go.. It strikes me as slightly unusual goodie.

I had one for five minute in an XL but had to return, just too snug, i don't think they made the XXL. Yes I'm already sad. While agreed not quite rigid still felt more formal and not super relaxed. would've been a great dressier denim look. get it if you can

Uncle ralphie cost cutting on my beloved ropers. Last season had much nicer roughout vs the smooth suede this season along with the removal of the rubber sole. New heel cap is a nice touch though

Any insight on if this shirt is authentic? I am not too familiar with rrl shirts in general, as i just started buying them within the last 2 months. Tag looks different compared to other ones i own. I can post pics of the actual shirt if need be. It is chainstitched if that matters?

The stitching on the barrel cuffs and concho button at the neck suggest that it is. Not 100% sure but I don't see anything that screams "fake"!

Maybe the more important information is whether or not Buyma is trustworthy. I'm not familiar with this vendor. Has anyone actually purchased anything from them?

Fake **** on therealreal
These are actually real. They made these in limited edition circa 2005-2006-ish. The first season they did them as part of the Pollack collection, in denim. They also did in chinos and chino shorts (in various colors). I have these in cut off shorts.

The reason this particular pair looks authentic is that the paint placement and colors are the same as the pair of chino shorts I have (although they were hand done, they were consistently made with the same colors of paints and splatters were placed in generally the same areas). They had an artist in Brooklyn who splattered them.
