When you love, you don't count! My own amount is relatively high but then there are MC guys who get bespoke shoes and suit all the time so I guess I'm thrifty compared to some.

Does your wife spend as much money as you do on clothing?

Does your wife feel threatened by how much you spend on clothing when it's compared to her numbers?

My main problem is I have loads of crap I don't even wear
I have a ton of money tied up in stuff I never wear for one reason or another. I need to work on getting rid of it but I already have piles of **** I need to sell, and have no time

basic rundown of stuff I actually wear:

6-7 button down shirts, all polo by ralph, tailored
maybe 10 tshirts i wear often, mostly raf by raf, gstar, diesel
6 hoodies.... 3 w+h, 1 raf by raf, 2 jcrew
polos.... maybe 5 rl custom fit, 5 lacoste

jeans...3 pairs, 2 i actually wear - RRL, somets, w+h

shoes...prob 4-5 pairs of sperrys in diff colors, few pairs of AF1's, marc jacobs, CN, some other design sneakers... prob have lke 15 pairs total. dress shoes, a couple AE and J&M's, just stuff I thrifted

I have a bunch of jackets, 3-4 track jackets I never wear, a khaki military jacket i wear a lot, probably 4-5 coats.

not much in the way of sweaters, don't really wear them a ton.

essentially I've spent a lot of money and still am not quite sure exactly what I want to look like

I purchased three suits the past month because it was on sale and I don't need to wear suits for work. Just biz casual.

Just starting...
2 l/s casual buttondowns x $40 (need 3-5 more this year, will spend more)
4 blank tees x $6 (need more undershirts, these will be even cheaper)
2-3 graphic tees that I actually wear x ~$25
1 pair jeans x $150 (will add 1-3 pair of non-denim pants this, will spend less)
2 pairs sneakers x ~$60
1 pair wingtips x $70
1 peacoat x $80
1 watch x $80
2 scarves x ~$15
1 jacket x $40+however much new buttons & alterations cost
Need to buy ~2 cardis, 2-4 v-neck/crewneck sweaters

I actually don't have enough clothes. Fack.
