his FB & IG show his work on trousers, he has skills for some styles of trousers.
depending on your needs, if you just want the basic, all sifu can do the job.

I'm not the most experienced in this, but I have a few pairs of pants in Fresco or Drapers 4 ply and haven't noticed any real problems in the 2 years I've owned them. However, I've also never encountered pilling in any of my clothes so it may be down to your gait and if it leads to extra pilling.

In addition to the above, I find that one big point is that he manages his own workshop across the border -- in contrast, to outsourcing it.
