of all the money i spent on my house so far, the best bang for the buck has been the $10 replacing the aerators in my bathroom faucets.
Interesting, the first thing I do is take them off

Does your city meter water usage? I read somewhere that a lot of places in Cali don't, which blows my mind.

I was scrolling through IG and saw a post Mich Schumacher did with his sister Gina. She's a professional horse (bull) rider living in the US most likely somewhere in Oklahoma, Neb, North Texas. I wasn't really expecting that as a career choice from someone who's dad is a F1 driver from Europe.

Looks like the family ranch is near the TX-OK border. Also looks like mom has dumped a ton of money into setting up her riding career.

But agreed- not what I would've expected from a German F1 driver's kid.

Gordonville Tx. Long boring story but I once lived near there for a couple years. @HORNS might know the area.

Wow, no I haven’t. I went to undergrad in Sherman and did a lot of fossil hunting around there but don’t remember Gordonville.

Cool. Who wouldn't want their kitchen smelling like a skid row alley?
To be fair, the house is in Ferndale. That smell might be co.ing from the outside

If you look closely at the urinal photo, you can see someone has tried to beat the door down to get out at some point. Which is not particularly surprising.
