The bag I use for a laptop briefcase; as you know from my other posts, I really like CK Collection, and this was one of the bags they put out for Fall/Winter 2008 (the woven tote I posted before is also from this collection.) CK Collection leather goods are hard to find, but they are very well done, very sleek/modern, and functional. As well, given that very few know that the line exists (thinking it's the usual CK crap), you can sometimes get good deals on them. They are made in Italy, leathers are very nice, hardware is usually RIRI or very sturdy gunmetal/palladium, and linings/stitching are well done.

Also got word that my bespoke bag is nearly done! She sent me a few quick snaps as we were deciding on whether to put a center closure on the top. I decided NOT to have the closure, and have it be simpler/more streamlined.

Hi,
Saw a leather portfolio online and forgot the name of the brand, was wondering if anyone can tell me some information on it. I'll try my best to explain it...
It was a leather portfolio with a flap that tucked into a brass bar (like an envelope). The brass closing can also be used as a carrying strap if you slide your hand into it...I realize this is extremely vague, but maybe you guys know what I'm talking about...

^That's really spiffy. Love the colors and the minimal, slim style... though I'd never be able to use those colors myself. What is the bag?

Anyone know of anything? Canvas or leather, Not heaps bigger than that if at all, maybe fit iPad, phone, wallet keys but nothing else
Appreciate if anyone knows of anything!

That LV you posted won't fit an Ipad.

What about something like this?

I'm not crazy about either style... I find them almost too small to use functionally (a large clutch or portfolio/document case I think looks better) with the strap, but just looking at that one I posted, it seems the construction is good and those appear to be Lampo (read: $$$) zippers.

April in paris; we have a whole thread about her in MC with more info/details: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread...ighlight=paris That BV case is very nice; I agree. My only issue with it is that it is rather small (14X10.) I like a document case of that style to be slightly larger... 17X13, 16X12, etc. Look at the bag being carried by the model in the pic... it's really quite small. BUT, the style is lovely. AiP can do document cases/briefcases, though she doesn't do the woven leather, AFAIK. Her quality is exceptional, though, and blows BV out of the water. Will post more pics of my custom bag later today. EDIT: Check out the above link to the MC thread to see pics! Really thrilled with the bag.
